  • •Selected out of a competitive international applicant pool to modernize the preCICE website, migrating it from Jekyll to Hugo with a full Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5 upgrade
  • •Replaced fragile Ruby gem dependencies (posix-spawn, jekyll-sass-converter, jekyll-algolia) with Hugo-native built-ins, enabling single-command local builds
  • •Ported all 27 includes and 7 layouts from Liquid to Go templates, restructuring 84 content files into Hugo's section model, and replacing 10 Git submodules with Hugo module mounts
  • •Automating CI/CD via GitHub Actions (peaceiris/actions-hugo), integrating Algolia search via JSON output pipeline, and replacing custom Ruby plugins with zero-maintenance Hugo equivalents
